Simple Pleasures: A Community Fiber Art Installation

Embracing the joys of handcrafting, members of Yarn Bombing Los Angeles and the greater Los Angeles community have gathered to repurpose and assemble stitched, crocheted, and knitted fabrics transforming the Autry’s mezzanine with a colorful yarn art installation. On display during Earth Month, the mezzanine installation beckons visitors to pause and look out over the Autry’s outdoor California Continued Ethnobotanical Garden.
