CAFAM Granny squared is a public participatory art project in which over 500 crafters from 25 countries come together to cover the Craft and Folk Art Museum in 7500 hand crocheted granny squares. YBLA organized and facilitated the event, taking care of logistics, receiving packages of squares, hosting sewing parties to put the squares together, and designing the final installation.
